6.9 APIs April 30, 2019 July 31, 2019 The Old 6.9 APIs are now deprecated, but they are still working until the end of July 2019. After then, all deprecated endpoints will be discontinued.
6.9 Theme  April 30, 2019  July 31, 2019 As of October 16, 2018, all existing Docebo LMS platforms using the 7.0 theme will no longer have the option to go back to the 6.9 theme. For those currently using the 6.9 theme, you can continue using it in your platform for now, but once you switch to the 7.0 theme, you will no longer have the possibility to switch back to the 6.9 theme. This may change some items in your Admin Menu. For more information, refer to this article. Please note that the 6.9 theme has an official End of Life and End of Maintenance and Support date.
 Square Thumbnails July 31, 2019  July 31, 2019  The option to use square thumbnails in your platform, which is currently in your platform’s Look & Feel area, is currently only used for catalogs and the My Courses and Learning Plan page. You should switch to the rectangular thumbnail option and start changing your thumbnails from squares to rectangles.
Source Code Button for Multidomain White Label  July 31, 2019 July 31, 2019 Docebo will remove the Source Code button in the Footer section of the configuration area for those using the White Label feature on a Multidomain platform. The platform now uses a simpler, easier-to-use WYSIWYG editor in this area, and the button is no longer supported. Please check any content in this area prior to this date to make sure your users will still see the desired interface experience.
Integration: Auth0 for 6.9 theme  July 31, 2019 July 31, 2019 Docebo has scheduled the End of Life date for the 6.9 theme on July 31, 2019, which means that Auth0 on the 6.9 theme will no longer be available after this date as well.
Once the 6.9 Theme reaches its End of Life date, it will not be accessible or usable by Superadmins, Power Users, or Learners and you will need to switch to the 7.0 theme. This means that your learners will not be able to login to your platform using Auth0 on the 6.9 login page. They will only be able to login to the platform using Auth0 on the 7.0 login page.
Drupal, Joomla, Skymeeting, BigBlueButton
 July 31, 2019 October 1, 2019 Docebo has scheduled the End of Life date for the Docebo for Drupal, Joomla, Skymeeting and BigBlueButton Integrations on October 1, 2019. Once the integration reaches its End of Life date, it will not be accessible or usable by Superadmins, Power Users, or Learners.

Salesforce V2
 July 31, 2019 October 1, 2019 The End of Life date for the Docebo for Salesforce V2 Integration is October 1, 2019.
Docebo released its Salesforce V3 integration, with completely updated and improved functionality, in March 2019. You should begin moving to the new integration as soon as possible. Refer to this Knowledge Base article to learn more about transitioning to the new Docebo for Salesforce V3 integration, with more articles related to the new version found here.
 July 31, 2019 October 1, 2019 The End of Life date for the Docebo for OKTA Integration on October 1, 2019. The OKTA integration will be moved into the Docebo for SAML integration with no action required from your side; starting from this date, in order to manage and configure any settings related to this SSO integration, you should reach the SAML area of your Admin Menu. Refer to this Knowledge Base article to learn more about the Docebo for SAML integration.
Docebo support for Internet Explorer 11  July 31, 2019 January 1, 2020 Docebo will no longer support Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 in January 2020. As part of this process, Docebo will no longer offer maintenance and support related to issues with your platform that occur only on Internet Explorer 11 starting on July 31, 2019. Only critical issues related to your platform will be supported by Docebo’s Customer Support team and fixed by Docebo’s development teams, if necessary. In the meantime, we strongly encourage you to start moving you and your learners to one of our other supported browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox or Edge to ensure no interruptions for your learners. You can always find our latest supported system requirements here.

End of Maintenance and Support: After this date, any defects or other issues related to the feature will not be fixed by development teams. Docebo’s Help Desk or Customer Success team may offer workaround solutions, but no defects will be opened or escalated to the product team. However, the feature is still accessible and usable in its current state.

End of Life: After this date, the feature is no longer accessible or usable.
